Director of Finance
This position provides direction and oversight to Forest Springs Ministries financial operations including but not limited to: overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.

Business Manager
This position will oversee all of the business operations of Forest Springs, including acting as the manager for our multi-site ministry resources. This would entail overseeing finances, operations, information technology, and analysis. This person would work closely with our Executive Director and site directors, as well as our accountants and human resources staff.

Building Maintenance
Maintain the interior and exterior of all buildings as assigned by the Building Maintenance Manager and according to skill set and training. This includes basic plumbing, electrical, hvac, wall/flooring/roof repairs, window and door repair, upkeep of appliances & furnishings.

Graphic Designer
This position involves joining a team of creatives - including designers, content creators, and visual artists. Responsibilities include designing graphics for in-house communications, social media, YouTube, print promotional pieces, and other platforms to support our events.

Media Specialist/Content Creator
This position joins a team of creatives - including other photographers, videographers, and designers - to create engaging digital content to promote the values of Forest Springs. Digital content creation experience preferred.

Email Marketing Specialist
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy.

Maintenance Director
The maintenance director position oversees all the maintenance at our facility, including caring for our buildings, grounds, and projects. This position would start as a contract position, with the option of moving to a missionary staff.

Director of Discipleship Ministries
This position oversees the Summer Crew Program and the Center for Biblical Studies as discipleship programs.
Job Location: Cedar Bay - Cedarville, Michigan
Vehicle Maintenance Specialist
This position is responsible for the maintenance of vehicles and equipment around camp.

About Employment at Forest Springs Ministries
The core group of our long-term staff are referred to as missionary staff. We consider ourselves a "home mission" and require that our long-term, full-time staff raise their own financial support to serve at Forest Springs Ministries sites.
However, we do not expect brand new staff to raise their own financial support when they first start; instead, to help explore the possibility of whether or not camp is a “good fit” for them, we offer short-term salaried contracts to a potential staff member, while we mutually evaluate the possibility of a long-term staff relationship.
Contract staff members commit to a one-year contract at a Forest Springs Ministries site, where they receive a salary, healthcare, on-site housing, and other benefits.
