Wood Lake exists to help you do youth ministry better. Our communities need a clear path forward with our youth, and you are the Trailblazer! By God’s Spirit, it falls to you to shepherd the young men and women in your care. We want to help.
Trailblazer Weekend is a time for sharpening, developing, and learning from those who share your love of youth ministry. It’s a time to share and be heard. It’s a time to know you’re not alone in one of the greatest of ministries.
Youth ministry is on the front line. Nowhere is the attack of darkness stronger than in our teenagers and in the schools. Come be strengthened for the work! Come to Trailblazer Weekend!

Meet the Speaker
This year’s session speaker is Ben McClellan. Ben has been the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church in Webster, Wisconsin since May of 2018. He graduated from Northland Baptist Bible College in 2008. He and his wife Emily met while at college, were married in 2009, and they now have three children. Ben was a youth pastor for 3 years in Illinois before coming to Webster. He has earned a Counseling Certification from CCEF and a master's degree in biblical counseling from Westminster Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing games, and watching and coaching football.”
There will also be a time of worship before each session led by Dan Hartke and the camp band.
