Looking for an adventure with your favorite people? Wood Lake is relaxed and energized, a place of rest and activity, chill and hype! We study the Word deeply, worship passionately, and eat joyfully. We foster good conversation by asking important questions, and giving campers time with counselors and staff to play, learn, and discuss. Come to camp and ride a banana boat, get a frozen hot chocolate at our full coffee shop, or just hang out with friends!
Our trained, mission-driven staff works to ensure each camper's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. As a parent, you can rest assured that your child will be safe and thriving in our Christian community!
Our speakers and worship teams are always done in-house. We value the questions and conversations campers have when they know and trust the staff. You can contact camp any time you have questions about our teaching, worship choices, or ministry to your camper.
A Typical Day at Camp
8:00 - Breakfast
8:15 — Counselor / Leader Meeting
9:00 – Cabin Free Time
10:00 – Bible Session 1 & Group Discussion
12:00 – Lunch
1:00 – Free Time Activities & Counselor One-on-One Times
6:00 – Dinner Group Discussion
8:00 – Bible Session 2 & Group Discussion
9:35 – Evening Game or Event
10:30 – Lights Out
A Note to Parents Preparation - We aim to provide you with all the information needed to prepare your teen for a great time at camp. If at any time you have questions, please do not hesitate to email our Youth Registrar or by calling 715-689-2267.
Cabin Arrangements - Wood Lake has cabins on opposite sides of camp to give male and female campers privacy. To maintain privacy, members of the opposite sex are not allowed on the opposite side of camp (i.e. male campers are not allowed on female cabin side).
Cancellations - They do occur sometimes. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Your courtesy may help another camper on a waiting list to be able to attend. However, your registration deposit is not refundable or transferable.
Cost - The cost of this event is $300. We do have youth camp discounts & scholarships available. Have an allergy or dietary concern? Please contact us.
Registration & Departure Times - Registration for camp is from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, and departure is from 3-4 p.m. on Friday.
